It’s nice and clean the dentists and assistances are all very nice. Except I had experience their major orthodontist transition and they didn’t do that very well. They changed the whole front desk and major orthodontist and there is a bit gap where the sometimes when I ask when can I see Dr. Voudouris but then at first they told me early August and then after that they told me they don’t know which is unacceptable because originally my treatment plan was design and started with Dr. Voudouris, I just wanted to make sure that he can communicate more with me as my “expected” treatment plan was 10 appointments 1.5 years approximately, but they keep adding more appointments and in total I attended 15 more 2.5 years, which it could be communicated more efficient with me but they didn’t.

Dr Chong did my invisalign. She is clearly an expert in her field and takes a lot of pride in her work. She was super accommodating, communicative, and very patient. I’ve recommended Dr Chong to a number of friends and all have been super happy.

I continue to be very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Voudouris’s practice. The office operates like a high-end boutique, with additional charges for nearly everything including broken brackets, fees for routine records, and fees to add more adhesive when fixing retainers. These costs add up quickly and feel excessive! When comparing our experience to friends whose children receive orthodontic care elsewhere, the price difference is striking, with no noticeable improvement in quality or service. I regret starting my children’s treatment here. One of the most frustrating aspects is that Dr. Voudouris braces are patented (his own bracket), making it extremely difficult or impossible to transfer care to another orthodontist. Patients should be aware that there are many other practices that offer comparable or better care with far more transparency and significantly lower fees. I strongly recommend shopping around before committing to this office. Unfortunately, my family is stuck. Despite my children being close to completing their treatment, their teeth are still far from perfect, which is extremely disappointing given the high cost. Stay away from Dr. Voudouris and this orthodontic office. I also noticed that several of the positive reviews appear to come from individuals (Georgina) with personal connections to Dr. Voudouris, which raises concerns about potential conflicts of interest.

I had a great experience at Dr. Chong's office. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. She made me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for any orthodontic work.

“Dr. Voudouris is the best there is. There isn’t anybody who cares more about his patients then he does. He is a perfectionist at what he does and always is very thorough with what he does. Outside of being a great Orthodontist, Dr. Voudouris is the best person, who builds relationships with his patients and ensures all questions and concerns you have are addressed and taken care of.
